Your EliteHealth Health Care Advocate

As an EliteHealth member, your membership includes the services of a personal Health Care Advocate – someone who will manage all aspects of your EliteHealth experience. Your Health Care Advocate will assist you with

Finding the best doctors, hospitals and other health care institutions throughout USA, Canada and other countries
Arranging and scheduling routine appointments
Scheduling tests, treatments, and appointments with specialists
Navigating within your plan carrier to help obtain approval for medical services, as well as coordinating your health recommendations between multiple providers
Help you access AirMed International, a service used by thousands of business and leisure travelers if they become ill or hospitalized more than 150 miles from home
Obtaining unbiased health information to help you make an informed decision

Additionally, our Benefits Research Department is available to assist you with questions regarding claims and reimbursement. Our team of specialists will work with the various administrative departments to achieve the best conclusion related to your claim.

An EliteHealth Annual Wellness Examination with one follow-up consultation

Each year you will receive an annual wellness exam, also known as an "Executive Physical". This annual wellness exam consists of a suite of comprehensive tests such as a thorough medical history evaluation, thorough physical exam, and general blood work. Advanced lab screening, Urinalysis, Chest X-Ray, EKG, Nuclear or standard stress test, Full Body or Heart CAT Scan, Holter Monitor, General and cardiac ultrasound (CIMT Testing), and Pulmonary function testing are also included. 6 month progress consultation

Six months after your Annual Wellness Exam and follow-up consultation, we will conduct one additional progress follow-up. As a result of this follow-up, recommendations for supplementary tests may be made.

Additional follow-up visits at discounted rates

After you receive your Annual Wellness Examination and follow-up consultation, additional follow-up visits are available.

Nutrition and lifestyle consultation

EliteHealth has a team of health coaches on staff, who will evaluate your current diet and make suggestions on how to improve or maintain it; as well as create a new nutrition plan for you. Each year you'll be entitled to one FREE office consultation with one of our health coaches and discounted econsultation rates for ongoing questions.

Access to EliteHealth Travel Care visits at a discounted rate

Elite Health members who are traveling or are away from their primary care physician for an extended period of time receive concierge-style healthcare services from American-trained, board certified physicians. Members have immediate access to qualified medical care from the comfort and the privacy of their hotel room, temporary residency, or home. The range of services include 24 hour-a-day access to telephone and in-room consultation referrals to dental and chiropractic specialists, delivery of medicines commonly prescribed for acute conditions, availability of durable medical equipment such as oxygen tanks or wheelchairs, and replacement of eyeglasses and contact lenses. Access to the EliteHealth 24/7 medical records support hotline

If you find yourself in an emergency, simply call our toll free hotline, and a representative will be able to fax or securely send your medical record to your location. You will also receive a keychain tag and a driver's license sticker with our hotline number that can be called by a paramedic or physician in the event that you are unable to make the call yourself.
