Online Medical Consultations

The EliteHealth eConsultation service provides patients with the ability to consult online with board-certified physicians in a variety of sub-specialties. This same-day service gives patients answers to specific medical questions from the comfort of their own homes. Whether via email, instant messaging or the latest in video-conferencing technology, patients will receive confidential information they can trust over a secure messaging system.

How are they done?

Doing an eConsultation with your physician is easy. As a myEliteHealth member you will be able to send secure email messages to your physician and receive a response in 24 hours (typically). You can also request a video eConsultation with your physician. Once your video request is sent you will be contacted by one of our support staff with the accepted time by the physician and your eConsultation appointment will be set.

Is it secure?

eConsultations are accepted by all the major medical associations as acceptable medical care. Our system is encrypted using 128-bit encryption. We also follow all HIPAA regulations to insure the security of our patient's data.
