Travel Support

I'd like to schedule a home/hotel doctor visit

If you are traveling and are not within 50 miles of your home EliteHealth location you have two options:

  1. Schedule a visit with our home doctor visit services partner InRoomMD. More information about InRoomMD and their 1-800 number can be found here. You must mention that you are an EliteHealth patient when you call.
  2. Call the EliteHealth support line at (305) 672.9989 and we'll assist you with co-ordinating a home visit.
  3. Typical home visit response time is 3-4 hrs.

I'd like to schedule an office visit at an EliteHealth location other than my own

Please call our toll-free support line at (305) 672.9989 or log in to myEliteHealth and complete the Appointment Request Form (make sure to specify the desired location).
