Travel Services Support

I'd like to schedule a home/hotel doctor visit
If you are traveling and are not within 50 miles of your home EliteHealth location you have two options:

1) Schedule a visit with our home doctor visit services partner InRoomMD. More information about InRoomMD and their 1-800 number can be found here. You must mention that you are an EliteHealth patient when you call.

2) Call the EliteHealth support line at 866-245-4231 and we'll assist you with co-ordinating a home visit.

Typical home visit response time is 3-4 hrs.
