He graduated from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana in Havana, Cuba. Before joinig EliteHealth, he worked as a Senior Attending Physician at First Harbour Medical Center providing care to the adult and geriatric populations of Sarasota. In addition, he has been recognized by Miami Health Department for his work service to low-income populations and community screening for breast cancer. In his spare time, Dr. Martínez enjoys reading, music, and travelling with his family.
